Why would I get insurance when my own insurance company covers all my rentals. I was thinking the charges were for the rental not all of the other insurance and fees. I waited 1.5 hours in Tue rental line after my flight and the again at the counter did not explain any thing about the insurance and all the extra fees. When I went to pick the car at Dollar rental they charged me another $471 for bunch an insurance and taxes. I rented a car from Priceline and the total that was provided for rental including tax was 493.00 approx.
